Privacy Policy

When you submit the early access form, we collect the details you provide: name, surname, profile type, email address, SDK request token, country, LinkedIn profile, intended use case, and eligibility confirmation.

Web3Forms may process technical metadata needed to receive and protect the form submission, such as timestamps, IP-derived anti-spam signals, and spam-filtering results.

We use submissions to review evaluation access requests, contact applicants, evaluate eligible use cases, prevent duplicate requests, and comply with export, sanctions, and access restrictions.

We do not sell form submission data.

Form submissions are received through Web3Forms and reviewed manually. Access is limited to people responsible for operating the Sky Tracker evaluation process.

The website also stores a local browser flag named formSubmitted after a successful request so the same browser does not submit duplicate requests.
